Shipping Issues

Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Standard Products
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, unless already shipped.
Custom Products
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or changed, except if:
You contact us before production starts
There is an error caused by us
Returns & Refunds
Because many of our items are custom made, our refund rules follow:
Custom items:
Final sale. No returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.Non-custom items:
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
You must contact us at info@camprinty.com before returning any product.
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
