At Camprinty, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail stores.

Personalized and Custom Products
Most Camprinty products are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
We encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details before completing their purchase, including:
- Name spelling
- Dates
- Custom text
- Colors
- Uploaded images
- Design selections
Camprinty is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
Examples of non-refundable situations include:
- Spelling errors submitted by the customer
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color choice
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with design choices selected by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- Replacement of the item
- Partial refund
- Full refund
depending on the situation.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if the mistake was made on our end.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may already be in progress and changes may not be possible.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

- Items created based on customer specifications
