At Camprinty, we work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Many of our products are made to order or personalized, so shipping times may vary depending on the type of item and the customization requested.
Processing Time
All orders go through a processing period before shipment.
Processing time may include:

- Personalization and design preparation
- Production
- Quality check
- Packaging
Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days.
For personalized or custom-made products, processing may take longer depending on:
- The complexity of the design
- The number of items ordered
- Current order volume
- Delays in receiving customer approval, if applicable
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated shipping times:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays

- High shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
Shipping Locations
At this time, Camprinty ships within the United States only.
We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the label has been created.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Because many of our items are personalized, production time may vary from one order to another.
To avoid delays, please make sure:
- All personalization details are entered correctly
- Uploaded photos or files are clear and high quality
- You respond promptly if we contact you regarding your order
Camprinty is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or customer-provided errors.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays, returned packages, or failed deliveries.
If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
BWhile we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Camprinty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over for shipment.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
This helps us review the issue and assist you more efficiently.
Separate Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, packaging requirements, or fulfillment timing.
If this happens, tracking may be provided separately when available.
